That’s why we’re so excited to launch our brand-new Emotional Leadership Development Course, a 5-week journey designed to equip leaders, coaches, and managers with the tools to lead with intention, humanity, and emotional intelligence.

    Get familiar with the course, meet your cohort, and prepare for your journey.
  •  Week 2: Emotional Self-Leadership 
    Build emotional self-awareness and resilience using tools like the Know Yourself Handbook and Difficult Conversations Guide. 
  •  Week 3: Leading People and Emotional Contagion 
    Explore how emotions ripple through teams and how you can model the emotions your team needs to thrive.
  •  Week 4: Leading Teams Through Emotional Culture 
    Learn how to intentionally shape the emotional culture of your team and organization.
  •  Week 5: Reflections for Effective Leadership 
    Redefine team retrospectives for sustaining emotional leadership in the long term.

And once you complete the course, you take on a Post-Course Challenge, designed to help you apply your learning in real-world leadership scenarios.
