There's only ONE condition to this 30-day money-back guarantee: If you want to return any resources to us, please tell us the main reason you weren't happy with the tools and resources so we have a chance to make it better.

The other fine print

To get your money back, you'll need to do three things:

1) Post all the resources back to us at:

2) Email [email protected] to let us know you're returning the decks and tell us the main reason you weren't happy with the tools and resources you received.

3) In the same email, send confirmation of the return shipping details and let us know you're returning them. The date on the shipping confirmation must be within 30 days of the tools and resources being delivered to you.

If you're returning physical card decks, they should be returned in the same packaging they arrived in, including the individual deck packaging. They should also be sent back to us within 30 days of you receiving the decks. If the cards are damaged, dog-eared, or cards are missing from the decks, we, unfortunately, won't be able to provide a refund to you.

Riders&elephants will refund:

shipping costs paid by the customer when ordering the tools and resources,

any applicable taxes/duties paid by the customer (note the website terms of use say that any refund will exclude taxes/duties),

shipping costs paid by the customer to return the tools and resources to riders&elephants,

by crediting the credit card or account from which your payment was made within 5 business days of receiving the tools and resources.
