Begin your emotional leadership journey by understanding the importance of emotions in leadership. Explore lessons from your best and worst leadership experiences, dive into the back story of emotional leadership, and discover how emotions shape behaviour through our ‘Rider & Elephant’ model.
Part 1: Leading Self
Begin to master the art of self-leadership by setting emotional intentions and identifying your emotional drivers. Through guided challenges and reflective exercises, learn to recognise both desired and undesired emotions that influence your leadership style. You’ll also gain practical techniques for leading difficult conversations with emotional intelligence.
Part 2: Leading Others
Explore the critical role of emotional awareness in leading others. This part focuses on establishing strong emotional connections with your team and understanding how emotions ripple through your organisation. You’ll be equipped with strategies and activities for fostering trust, empathy, and motivation and learn how small actions can create big emotional impacts.
