We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our ECD Emotional Change Strategy Course, the first of three brand new, next-generation ECD Specialist Courses set to be released over the next nine months. This course marks a new chapter in emotional culture design, offering a completely new approach to helping leaders and teams manage change by recognising and shaping the emotions at play – for themselves and the people they serve.

To celebrate the launch of our newest ECD Emotional Change Strategy Course, we’re running a special 28-Day Emotional Change Challenge! This exclusive, guided learning journey is limited to 30 participants only, with first access given to our Elephant Rider community.

  • Four-week guided learning journey: Over the course of 28 days, you’ll participate in a structured programme designed to help you master the Emotional Change Strategy framework.
