We've teamed up with Master Elephant Rider Lotty Roberts to design a new half-day ECD workshop aimed at leaders who care about humanising the workplace and are keen to explore beautiful leadership questions and embrace f-word conversations.

Come and have a play with The Emotional Culture Deck. This is a highly interactive and hands-on workshop where you will learn the three basic ways to use The ECD. It’s a ‘sandpit environment’ where you come along, get your hands on the deck and experiment and learn together.

Here's a bit more about this new public ECD workshop:

In this highly interactive and hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to use the Emotional Culture Deck in three key areas we believe are essential to successful leadership:

  • Effective Team Check-ins
  • Human-centred leadership
  • Leading Change
  • Impactful stakeholder relationships

You explore a bunch of 'beautiful questions' to explore around these three areas and use the ECD as tool to navigate these questions.

This workshop is a ‘sandpit environment’ where you come along, get your hands on the deck and experiment and learn together.

This half-day event is a must-have addition to your leadership development that you can use straight away and literally 'out of the box'.

ECD Have a Play workshop is:

  • An introduction to The Emotional Culture Deck
  • Practical and hands-on learning of the game basics
  • Demonstrates a variety of the most simple use of the game
  • Gives you the confidence to go and play the game with your people, teams, community group and family

ECD Have a Play Workshop is not:

  • A pathway to certification or accreditation in The Emotional Culture Deck
  • Teaching you how to run ECD team workshops or how to use the game as part of culture change
  • Not a lecture on the theory of emotional culture
  • Not a presentation of case studies (although Certified Consultants are encouraged to share anecdotes and informal stories throughout the workshop about how they've used the activities being taught in the workshop.
