We're really proud to finally share the F-World 2025 Edition. 

A year’s worth of emotional culture conversations across 49 countries, experiments, courage, learning, doubt, progress, and care. Across different countries, industries, organisations, and rooms. All sitting alongside each other.

There are so many more stories we could have included. If we tried to fit everything our community shared in 2025, this would easily be a 500-page document. Choosing what to include was hard — not because there wasn’t enough, but because there was so much.

This edition captures what 2025 actually felt like!

People trying things for the first time. Major shifts across teams, organisations, and whole businesses. Emotions being named that had been sitting under the surface for a long time. Leaders creating space to really listen. Small rituals that quietly changed how work felt day to day. And workshops that landed beautifully, and others that felt awkward and still mattered. 

Inside you’ll find stories from healthcare, construction, leadership, change, coaching, stakeholder work, and community spaces. There’s research, practice, Bright Spots, and reflections from people doing this work in the real world, in real time.

None of this exists without the humans in our community behind it. This whole journey started with a sanely simple deck of cards. And although the cards are still the core tool and entry point, they're now only a tiny part of the entire emotional culture system that exists. 

Every page in this year's edition showcases a different part of that system. And is the result of someone being willing to share what they were learning as they went. Sometimes while things were still messy. Sometimes before they felt ready. That generosity is something I don’t take lightly.

P.S. A few people ask each year why we call it the F-World.
The “F” stands for feelings. And the world is emotional, whether we like it or not.

Emotions drive us. At work. In life. In how we lead, connect, and make decisions. They’re a force for good. And even the so-called painful ones can create real shifts in our lives, our workplaces, and our world, when we have the skills and the courage to notice them, name them, and express them.

That’s what this magazine is really about.
