Spread the Cards: Layout The ECD feelings cards (back and white) and ask yourself the beautiful ECD question: "What emotions do I need to express most often to be successful?"

Choose Emotions: Pick 5–7 black cards that resonate with how you need to feel and express.

Rank Your Top 5: Prioritise the most essential emotions for need to feel and express most consistently for your success.

Reflect & Share: Write down or share why each emotion matters and share your top 5.
