1 ECD Activity: To ExperimentÂ
As we enter the next quarter of the year, let's use The ECD to reflect on the last quarter (either individually or as a team). We often just keep moving without taking stock of where we’ve been. These conversations help to halt that cycle, offering clarity on emotional patterns that can shape a better, more intentional future. Below is a snapshot of the complete ECD Reflect & Review Activity. Think back on everything you've experienced over the last quarter:
- Step 1: Select 5-7 ECD Feelings Cards (Black & White_ that best describe how you felt last quarter
- Step 2:Â Share a story about why you chose each of these these cards
- Step 3: Share your lessons from each of the experiences related to the cards you selected
Don't underestimate the power of these simple questions in conjunction with The ECD cards! Get your ECD cards (either the Free PDF version or your physical cards) and give it a go.
ECD Reflect & Review Handbook
This handbook is all about giving you a space to pause and reflect on recent times—what’s happened, how you felt, what you’ve learned, and how you can use that to move forward. It’s like a personal debrief for your emotions.
