Your 12-month journey
Led by Jeremy Dean, R&E Founder
Jeremy personally leads every cohort. This isn’t a programme where the founder records some videos and disappears. You’ll work directly with Jeremy across four live cohort intensives, monthly coaching calls, and hands-on feedback on your facilitation and delivery. Past graduates consistently say this direct access is one of the most valuable parts of the experience.
What you’ll move through
The programme follows a 12-month rhythm. Every two months, you'll focus on a different ECD speciality — starting with a live workshop intensive with Jeremy, followed by self-paced learning, real-world delivery, and a coaching call to reflect on what you've learned and experienced. Workshop intensives are compulsory. Coaching calls are optional but strongly recommended — they're where the cohort connection really deepens.

Months 1–2: Emotional Culture Crafting
Complete the Emotional Culture Crafting Masterclass (online course) + consultant mastery challenges, deliver a team workshop (measured via Emotional Evidence Platform v0.5), and Coaching call
Months 3–4: Emotional Leadership Development
Complete the Consultant Development course — including exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of live delivery + mastery challenges, deliver a team workshop (measured via V0.5), coaching call
Months 5–6: Emotional Change Strategy
Complete the Consultant Development course — including exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of live delivery + mastery challenges, deliver a team workshop (measured via V0.5), coaching call
Months 7–8: Emotional Stakeholder Engagement
Complete the Consultant Development course — including exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of live delivery + mastery challenges, deliver a team workshop (measured via V0.5), coaching call
Months 9–10: Business Building & Impact
Build your ECD offering, host two public meetups (measured via V0.5), review your impact data portfolio with Jeremy
Month 11: Delivery Preparation

Month 12: Run Your First Course
Deliver your first ECD Specialist Course to real participants. Pre-delivery coaching and post-delivery debrief with Jeremy. Programme finale and graduation.
