How does The ECD Certified Consultant Course work?
Through the Course, you'll learn how to deliver our five core ECD Consultant Frameworks and embed them into your business to transform your clients and teams.
Jeremy Dean personally leads the Course. He facilitates the two-week ECD Intensives to start the Course, plus you get direct access to Jeremy throughout the Course via monthly Cohort Check-in Circles.
The Programme is completed over 9 months. We begin with a two-week intensive and immersive cohort learning experience, where you dive deep into our ECD Consultant Frameworks that help you build your ECD business, consulting and coaching. Then, you go away and apply what you learn and experiment and grow your ECD consulting and facilitating practice over the next eight months. You complete the Course by learning how to deliver our ECD Foundations Workshop endorsed by riders&elephants (exclusively available to ECD Certified Consultants).

Do I qualify to join the ECD Certified Consultant Course?
Here are the Course prerequisites:
- First, you must have completed the ECD Online Masterclass before you can enrol on the Certified Consultant Course.
- Second, you must be a leader who cares deeply about serving others
- Although we fully accept the commercial realities of running a business and organisation, ECD Certified Consultants understand that people matter over profit
- We look for growth-minded people who may have embraced some failure or adversity in their past and grown because of the lessons learned
- ECD Certified Consultants are generous humans who feel energised by openly sharing their knowledge and time to help others learn and grow.
