Activity
Have a play with this new ECD check-in activity in your next team meeting or 1:1. It goes a little something like this…
1. Think of your most important stakeholder.
2. Select 1-3 black cards and 1-3 white cards that best describe how your stakeholders feel right now.
3. Share a story about why your stakeholders might be feeling this way.
4. What's one thing you can do today to help your stakeholders manage the undesired feeling?
