1 ECD
Activity

Here's an activity you can complete as a leadership team, or invite your people to answer with you to craft your team's emotional culture...

Use the ECD to answer this question: What emotions are most important to express often for our team to be successful?

Step 1: Select the five black ECD cards you believe if people express often, you will succeed as a team.

Step 2: Ask each person to describe why they selected those cards and why they believe they are important to your team's success

Step 3: List three-five rituals you can undertake as a team that will help your people experience these desired emotions on a regular basis

2 Pieces of Content

To Inspire

Here are two pieces of content that I hope will help you see the world slightly differently and provoke you to do the work that matters to humanise the workplace.

Thanks to Gustavo Razzetti for giving organisations a compelling reason to invite people to put their names to their feedback.
