1. Schedule time for completing video lessons
Our Start Anytime and Cohort formats are both self-paced, but the structure still helps.
- For Cohort learners, we provide a 5-week learning rhythm with suggested weekly focus points.
- For Start Anytime learners, you can choose your own path, fast-track or spread it out.
We recommend blocking time each week to stay in motion and apply what you’re learning.
But we know life can get busy, so both course formats are self-paced. You have 90 days to complete the course from the day you enrol.
2. Join live Course Conversation Calls (if you’re in a cohort)
If you’re part of a Cohort, you’ll be invited to weekly live calls hosted by our Elephant Rider Mentors. These are designed to deepen your learning, explore peer stories, and practise what you’re learning in community.
If you’re in our Start Anytime format, you won’t join these weekly calls. But we highly recommend coming along to our monthly Community Conversation Calls.
These are open to everyone and offer a chance to connect, ask questions, share challenges, and learn from others using The ECD in the real world whether they’re just starting out or a few steps ahead.
3. Use your full 90-day access window
From the moment you enrol, you have 90 days of full access to all lessons, tools, and resources.
You must complete the course by the end of your 90 days to receive your ECD Culture Practitioner Badge. You can learn at your own pace, revisit videos, reflect deeply, or complete it quickly. It’s up to you.
But this time is about more than just completing the course. It’s your chance to connect with a global community of people who are using The ECD daily in their teams, organisations, and client work.
Lean into the conversations, experiment with the tools, and use this window to feel supported, confident, and brave enough to grow your own ECD practice in a way that’s real and relevant to you.
4. Continue your ECD Certification journey
Once you finish, you’ll earn your ECD Culture Practitioner Certificate & Badge, your first step on the ECD Culture Certification Pathway.
