If you lead a team — this course teaches you to have the conversation your team has never had. Not about strategy. About how people actually feel at work. Your team maps the emotions they want to experience together, names the ones they don't, and turns that into behaviours and rituals that stick.

If you coach or consult — this gives you a practical, evidence-backed methodology to bring into any room. You'll leave with tools, canvases, a certification badge, and the confidence to facilitate something that shifts the energy in the first ten minutes. It's also the first step on our ECD Certification Pathway.

Whether you're building culture inside your own team or helping others build theirs, this course gives you the confidence, the tools, and the community to start the conversation most workplaces avoid.

The course includes around 4 hours of video lessons spread across four main sections, plus hands-on activities and reflections using The Emotional Culture Deck.

You can move through the content in one go (about 4-5 hours total) or take your time and complete it section by section. Each section takes about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your learning style and pace. You have 90 days of full access, so there's no rush.

If you've already used the deck with your team, you know the conversation works. The course teaches you why it works, how to go deeper, how to handle the room when things get real, and how to keep the culture alive after the session ends. The deck opens the door. The course teaches you to build the house.

You can complete the course using the free digital ECD PDF provided. But we strongly recommend using the physical deck and tools. The course is more engaging and effective with the physical cards because the tactile nature makes the conversations and activities real and interactive.

Once you complete your first ECD Specialist Course, i.e. this Emotional Culture Crafting Masterclass Course, you become an Official Elephant Rider for life. 

Even if you don’t continue as a paid member, you’ll always be part of our global community and recognised as someone who has completed an ECD Specialist Course.

Not exactly. This course is a self-paced, cohort learning experience – which means you move through the course content on your own schedule, but you’re also part of a group of people learning alongside you.

You get 90 days of full acess to all the course videos, tools and materials. Some people finish it in a few hours. Others take their time and chip away at it over several weeks. It’s designed to fit around your life.

Along the way, we offer optional live Course Conversation Calls – these are weekly Zoom sessions where you can ask questions, reflect with others, and explore the tools in more depth. These aren’t one-way webinars – they’re two-way conversations with breakout rooms and real interaction.

So while the course isn’t live in the traditional sense, it’s not something you’re doing completely alone either. It’s flexible, interactive, and designed to meet you where you’re at.

Yes, upon successfully completing this course, you’ll receive an ECD Culture Practitioner Certificate and a Practitioner Badge. This certificate demonstrates your training in using The Emotional Culture Deck to apply our Emotional Culture Crafting Leadership tools.
