Among my proudest achievements is winning the HRINZ Diversity and Inclusion Award and the National Customer Service Award for the Warehouse Group. I also won Restaurant Manager of the Year for Restaurant Brands.
I founded Talent Leadership Consultants, or TLC (because everyone needs some TLC), in August 2019, following a significant knee injury that resulted in being in a wheelchair for four months, a full leg brace for six months, and a life-changing decision to leave my full-time corporate job.Ā

Iāve had the privilege of working with over 30 NZ companies, including The Warehouse Group, Foodstuffs, Bank of China, Moana Seafoods, KiwiRail, SkyCity, Fisher and Paykel, Auckland Council, JB Hi Fi, Hokonui Runanga and Hato Hone St John Ambulance. My passion lies in creating customised programme concepts, designs, content, and facilitation. Iām accredited in MBTI, DISC, StrengthsFinder, and EQ 360, and a certificated Practitioner for the Emotional Culture Deck.
I hold a Diploma in Project Management, Human Resource Management, Management, and a Certificate in Adult Education. I am a Netball Life Member for Carlton Netball, with over 25 years of service as a Player, Club Captain, and Coach. My proudest moment was stepping into the boxing ring at age 40 for Fight for Life, raising over $10,000 for youth suicide prevention in memory of my young nephew.
