Susanne Heiss is a Facilitator for Culture & Change, a Business Coach and Trainer. Her primary focus is on team and corporate culture, and she is dedicated to empowering global teams through creative collaboration while cultivating curiosity, fostering connections, and encouraging continuous growth.
In 2020, Susanne founded The Texturalists, where she supports corporates and their teams globally, working with notable clients such as Siemens Energy, BASF, TransnetBW, Breuninger, CLAAS, and Hitachi Rail, among others. She utilizes a wide range of techniques and tools, including the LINC Personality Profiler, Theory U, Insights Discovery, the Emotional Culture Deck, and Serious Business Games such as LEGO® Serious Play® and PLAYMOBIL®pro.
Susanne has created several card decks and written two ebooks—one on Play and another on Feedback. Prior to starting her own business, Susanne spent over 15 years as a communication professional in multinational and matrix organizations, including BASF, Lloyds Banking Group, Merz Pharmaceuticals, GE, and Microsoft.
Her expertise includes Culture Communications, Employee Engagement, Change and Transformation, and C-Level Communications. Susanne lives in Heidelberg, Germany, with her husband and son, and is a digital doorstep away. She works in English and German, both onsite and online.
