Rae calls upon her vast experience as a facilitator & speaker to get women talking, making them comfortable with the uncomfortable and future focused. In her role as Founder & Business Consultant of QE2 Consulting, Rae takes businesses on a journey to help them truly understand and improve the experience the customer has; to deliver the personalised experience that the customer desires.
As an ECD Certified Consultant for many years, Rae finds the opportunity to weave the ECD into nearly every presentation she does, building on the power of collaboration, courage, curiosity and communication to encourage change and a better culture.
