I am based in Wellington and am a husband (of one wife), father (of 3 children) and partner of INSIDE Consulting.
As one of the early adopters of the Emotional Culture Deck I have had the privilege of facilitating hundreds of conversations using the ECD as the foundation and loved each and every one of them.
The main ways in which I use the ECD these days is with small/medium business owners helping them curate their desired culture within their business and with large change programmes where we use the ECD at the outset to serve as a platform for how we lead through change.
