A second generation in business, Leilanie co-founded BinaPavo @ KCommerce (M) Sdn Bhd. She is Group CEO and Director, where she oversees the strategic direction as well as brand communication of the subsidiaries under the Group.
BinaPavo offers L&D programmes for the medium to large corporations and the Government sector. Its Tier 2 focuses on family business advisory including crafting and implementing the Family Strategic Plan. Her entrepreneurial experience spans across 30 years, from Professional and ICT services, Education and Training, as well as in the Retail industry.
She is an excellent corporate trainer in areas such as leadership, communication, strategy and entrepreneurship. Leilanie’s forte is on next generation leaders’ development, communication, values, trust, conflict resolution and family entrepreneurship. Leilanie loves cats, enjoys beach vacations, sips her latte hot, and unwinds with Classic Jazz that takes her back to the 1920s.
