When you figure out your purpose in life and start living your passion, this is when you really begin making an impact. I know this, because this is exactly what I’ve done.
Taking adversity from your life experiences and using these to provide you with learnings and opportunities will not only make you feel empowered, but will fuel your mind to focus on having a growth mindset.
When you have a growth mindset you are taking adversity as an opportunity to learn and grow from. It means being open minded and considering that other views might be right or even better. It’s about each and every one of us being unique and being respectful of that and acknowledging what we all bring to society.

CERTIFIED CONSULTANT BIO
Leading a team of 100, I embedded the Emotional Culture Deck (ECD) so effectively that it reached three levels within the business unit, transforming how we operated. This approach led to top-tier engagement scores across a large government organisation, with significant improvements in retention, staff development, and career progression seen.
By leveraging curiosity, fun, and FOMO (fear of missing out), I made the ECD a core element of our leadership strategy, empowering leaders to create spaces where people could openly share their feelings and fostering an environment where every voice was heard and valued.
As a Leadership & Career Coach with nearly 30 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping professionals unlock their potential and thrive. My expertise is maximising performance by promoting heart-centered leadership and driving meaningful change.
I teach leaders how to embed the ECD through simple, quick, and powerful exercises that they can implement consistently. This creates a learning culture where leaders practice, reflect, and grow. I like to call it ‘nudging leaders to be brave’ and give the ECD a go. The strategies developed through this approach align emotional culture with performance, creating environments where people love being part of the team and can achieve their best.
