Kayleigh is based in Queenstown, but works all over New Zealand, supporting all industries – across all levels of business. Her previous clients include Tourism, Government, General Service, Health, Agricultural, Construction, Volunteer, Financial Services, Food and Beverage, and Transport industries. Although she work across the board, designing bespoke solutions with ECD tools, these primarily focus on Emotional Culture Crafting, Leadership, Change and Stakeholder and/or Customer Engagement.

Kayleigh is a big part of the Queenstown community, where she lives with her husband and her Hungarian Vizsla doggo Pepper. You will find her out playing netball, hockey, golf and any sport that needs an extra player. She also spends a lot of time in the mountains; snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking and generally exploring.
