I've always been fascinated by how people lead, relate, and get things done in teams. Having grown up in Africa and lived in Germany, I particularly love the dynamics of cross-cultural groups. After 16 years at one of the worldโs most trusted and innovative airlines, I spent a decade helping leaders and organisations build trust through strategic communications โ strengthening relationships, managing reputational issues, and leading change.
Over 25+ years working in high-pressure environments I've learned that trust, clarity, and human connection make all the difference. Culture isn't shaped by mission statements โ it's shaped in the everyday interactions that determine whether people feel valued, included, and motivated to do their best work.
