Emotional culture isn’t just a concept—it’s a crucial part of helping people and organisations flourish. My practical workshops and coaching sessions are designed to unlock understanding and drive meaningful change. On a personal note, I’m deeply connected to nature and finding awe in the outdoors.
I’m also the proud co-founder of Neuro Nudges, a card deck that blends brain science with innovative coaching methods, and Just B Distillery, a tiny, award-winning distillery on our front verandah. As a mum to two young men and wife to my partner, Tash, my life is a wonderful mix of family, work, and supporting people and organisations to evolve.
