Focused on making HR simpler to create awesome workplaces and helping people unlock their own potential. I have over 20 + yearsā experience in generalist Human Resources in multi-nationals, private businesses, listed companies, and across a broad range of industries in NZ, Australia and the UK.
Iāve been described a curious āthinker and doerā, which means applying concepts in a practical, no fuss way and working as a āthinking partnerā for leaders, emerging leaders and business owners. I love working with organisations, across team culture, leadership, strategy days, change readiness and evolution, emotional literacy and workplace communications.
This can be delivered via facilitated workshops, bespoke training, coaching and facilitated conversations. I weave the Emotional Culture Deck (and Legos Serious Play methodology) into many aspects of my work as an HR Consultant, Facilitator and Coach.
