Joanne Free-Pameli
Change Management Consultant
| Toronto, Canada
You can have all the strategies, budgets, resources, and planning in place. But, if you fail to address 2 critical areas, the change, transformation or innovative experience in your organization will likely be poor and not sustainable over the long term. Those 2 things are: Creating leaders that know exactly what they need to do, to thrive at leading change; Creating strong change cultures so teams are prepared to support, live through and sustain the change.
