I hail from Brasov, Romania, and currently split my time between Bucharest and Brasov. My greatest passions include traveling, coaching, reading, and spending time with friends, family, dogs and alpacas. I am married to an amazing person who is also a talented airline pilot. I love exploring the outdoors on long walks with him and our playful dog.

My interest in human sciences dates back to high school, and I hold degrees in philosophy and psychology. According to the CliftonStrengths assessment, my top talent is Maximizer. This confirms my natural ability to see what is possible, the potential and be driven to make it a reality. One notable example is when I created my own role as "Customer Transformation Manager" at IBM in 2019 and built a team of Culture Change agents.

With over 24 years of experience in multinational companies, I have held roles as a People & Project Manager, Internal Coach, Community Leader, Facilitator, and Learning Consultant. To date I designed and delivered various development and leadership programs, to create people-centered cultures and improve individual, team, and organizational well-being and performance. As an External Coach, I have collaborated with individuals and organizations across various industries, including Telecommunications, IT, Insurance, Automotive, HR, and Marketing.

My goal is to help individuals and organizations create environments that inspire people to live congruently with their values and amplify their strengths, resulting in greater joy, fulfillment, and success both personally and organizationally. I can support with: a. 1:1 Coaching: During my coaching sessions I provide personalized attention to help each client to increase awareness regarding their personal values, strengths, emotions and abilities and how to use them and put them in service of their personal and professional growth.

My specialties: Imagery Coaching, Evolutionary Coaching, Career Coaching b. Team Development: I support teams in working more effectively to achieve specific outcomes and resolve internal issues, enhancing overall team synergy. I utilize models and development tools from Barrett Academy, Riders & Elephants, and Motivation Buttons, as well as methodologies like Design Thinking and Team Solution Focused Coaching.

Participants gain not only new behavioral skills but also moments of awareness, connection, and motivation to strive towards their best selves. c. Culture Transformation: I collaborate with people within organizations to support them developing a positive culture within their teams and, at a higher level, transform the overall organizational culture. In the process I use tools and culture canvas developed by Riders&Elephants, Liberationist, Barrett Academy, Functional Imagery Training and others I am the Emotional Culture Deck (ECD) first Eastern Europe certified consultant. I facilitated my first ECD workshop in 2020, during the Covid-19 lockdown, for 70 Project Managers at IBM Romania.
