With a career spanning over 25 years, I am passionate about creating better workplaces and improving working lives. I have extensive global experience at the executive and board levels, where I've led teams, developed solutions to complex challenges, turned around struggling teams, and cultivated leaders that inspire others. As a former National President of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand and member of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resources Management, I have helped set the benchmark for people and culture development excellence.
I believe that exceptional workplaces, teams, and individuals are the foundation of successful organizations. My expertise lies in developing leaders who people want to follow, fostering teams that others aspire to join, and crafting vibrant workplace cultures.
