March Wellbeing Deck Meetup Replay
In this Wellbeing Meetup we heard from Tuihana Ohia, Founder & Director – Woo Wellbeing Ngāi te Rangi, Ngāti Pukenga, Te Arawa, Ngāi Pāk, and Rae MacDonald, Culture Navigator, from RaeMac Training.
Tuihana – seamlessly navigates all sectors of business and communities, working among diverse range organisations both Māori and mainstream, community and corporate. Recognised as one of Aotearoa’s leading wellbeing practitioner she has won several awards for her work, notably with the launch of Manaaki Peer to Peer Support initiatives in Vodafone and Te Wānanga o Aotearoa’s wellbeing programme Tau Ora.
Rae – "Last year, I couldn’t have been more excited for my pre-Xmas delivery… It was 20 Wellbeing Decks. I had started working with a client that wanted their staff to know how valued they are. I had six workshops booked in before Xmas and was rearing to go. Upon talking to them, I got the feeling that the staff actually needed to give themselves permission to undertake self-care. They needed to value themselves and be in the right space before we started working on team building and company business – I thought that The Wellbeing Deck would be the perfect tool for this. And it was!"
