How does the course work?

Our Online Masterclass Course is a self-paced course. It's not a live online learning course.

The course is comprised of a series of pre-recorded videos and lessons you complete in your own time, and at your own pace.

Jeremy is the course instructor and the videos are of him taking you through a Masterclass as if you were live in the room.

Learners are able to go at their own pace. There's no scheduling involved. And you have access to the course videos for 90 days so you can watch and re-watch the lessons as many times as you like over that three month period.

Who is this course for?

This Online Masterclass Course is for people who are looking for new and innovative ways to transform the cultures of teams and workplaces. If you're a coach or consultant looking for a simple yet powerful new tool and approach to running team culture workshops for your clients and to generate new revenue, this course is for you. We tend to have a 50/50 split between internal leaders who are employees of organisations and external consultants/coaches who enrol in the Masterclass. How long does it take to complete the course?

There are approx. 4-5 hours of video lessons in four sections. There are also a series of hands-on activities with the cards and reflection activities you'll complete in each section to reinforce your learning skills. You can go through all the videos and lessons in one go, which would take approx. 4-5 hours. Or you could work through the videos section by section. Each section will take approx. 60-90 minutes to complete – depending on your learning style and energy levels.

How long do I have to complete the course?

Once the course opens, you can access the course and video content for 3 months. After 90 days, you'll no longer have access to the course videos and content. If you've not completed the course within 3-months, you miss out on becoming an official ECD Practitioner. We have a rule that we do not offer extensions.

When does the course open?

We only open the Masterclass Course twice a year: March 1st and September 1st. But when join the waitlist you'll get the chance to unlock early access.

Do I need the ECD cards to do the course?

You don't need the physical cards to complete the Masterclass. But the course is far more fun, interactive and impactful if you have a set of cards to play with as you go through the course. If you don't have the physical ECD cards, you'll get access to the full high-res Emotional Culture Deck PDF so you can print and make your own deck at home.

Do I get any live interaction with Jeremy during the course?

Maybe. But you’ll definitely get a chance to interact with our Elephant Rider Mentors in the virtual ECD Masterclass Meetups over the 90 days of the course. You can come to all of them or none of them. Masterclass Meetups are your chance to be part of a live Q&A and experiment with the game alongside other Masterclass participants. These Meetups are not one-way webinar events. They are two-way Zoom calls where you turn your camera and mic on and can ask follow-up questions and interact with other people on the course. The Masterclass Meetups are designed to address as many questions as possible. Every ECD Masterclass Meetup we play with the cards to get more practice. If you miss a Masterclass Meetup, we'll send a link to a replay of the Q&A portion of the gathering for you to watch in your own time.

Do you offer the course in different languages?

The course is delivered in English, but we offer Spanish and Italian subtitles for the course videos.

Where did the game come from?

Is this a Live Online Learning Course?

The ECD Online Masterclass is a self-paced, online learning experience.

It is not a Live Online Learning event.

In our self-paced Online Course, learners are able to go at their own pace, and there is no scheduling involved.

If you were to sit down in front of the computer and complete the course it would only take you between 3-5 hours depending on your learning style.

We give learners 90 days of access to the course videos so they can work through the course in their own time.

As soon as our course opens, you can get started.

Previously, some people have completed the course in 1-3 days. Others take the full 90 days to complete it – because they work through the video content and course lessons in smaller chunks between other commitments.

Our course's only 'Live' aspect is our 'Masterclass Meetups'. We have seven scheduled at different times and dates throughout the 90 days.

These Masterclass Meetups are not compulsory, nor do you need to attend these Neetups to complete the Masterclass become an ECD Practitioner and join our Elephant Rider Community.

What timezone is the course in?

It doesn't matter which timezone you live because the ECD Online Masterclass course is not a live learning course.
