Intro & Welcome
In your introduction to emotional change, you'll learn the most simple activity using The ECD and how it can be adapted to suit different periods of time. Plus, you'll be introduced to our philosophy of emotional change.
Part 1: Leading Self Through Change
Learn how to navigate personal change with emotional self-leadership strategies. Use tools like the ECD Personal Change Converstion Guide and ECD Know Yourself Through Change Handbook.
Part 2: Leading Others Through Change
Discover how to support individuals through change. Case study: How KPMG used The ECD during change. Use tools like The ECD Change Leadership Canvas.
Part 3: Leading Teams Through Change
Learn how to bring your team together to co-create the culture you need to navigate a period of change together. This part of the course will help you shape shared emotional goals, uncover what’s needed most during transition, and lead with empathy and clarity.
