Only available through ECD Certified Consultants, our Qualified Leaders Workshops enable you to train leaders to apply The Emotional Culture Deck in their workplace and improve how they can lead. This is a skill and an endorsement that you’ve told us many of your clients have been clamouring for.

You’ll be able to facilitate a full range of thoughtfully curated half-day sessions that form a must-have addition to every organisation’s leadership development toolkit. Over the next while, we’ll be releasing a total of five Qualified Leaders Workshops for you to bring to your clients
Leading new conversations
When individual leaders engage with The ECD, they think about their emotions and what is going on in their life through the Deck. That can be transformational for them. But one of the advantages of these Workshops is that as a group of leaders is trained on how to apply The ECD, at the same time they are working on themselves and learning about each other as leaders.
As they progress through the five ECD Qualified Leaders Workshops, each group builds its collective capabilities and skills. And, because emotions are involved, they also bond and resolve.

In most cases, they will also be able to add attendance at the courses to their professional training credits.
You can offer any Qualified Leaders Workshop in any order. All are structured as “sandbox environments” with clear modules, tools and activities for you to work with.
And we’ll provide you with:
- Marketing material to assist you to sell in Qualified Leaders Workshops
- Training courses for each product – including an online training course and a live Q&A with Jeremy Dean
Then, for each Workshop, we’ll support you with:
- Full workshop resources for you as the facilitator
- Digital onboarding experience for each participant
- Participant kits for every leader in each Workshop
And of course, at the end of each successful Workshop, you’ll be able to award the Certificate and badge to each person who attended.
The roads ahead
At the conclusion of each Qualified Leaders Workshop, you have a number of options to continue your good work with those involved:
- As a team. You can encourage the organisation to sign up these leaders for other workshops and to sign up other leaders for their first Qualified Leaders Workshop.
- As a Consultant. You can design and offer ongoing ECD experiences and journeys based on ideas that come from the workshop feedback
- As a Consultant. You can sell participants further Decks for them to use personally or within their own teams.
- Individually. You can help individuals to take their own engagement with The ECD further and enrol in the ECD Online Masterclass Online to become a Certified Practitioner in their own right, further cascading the goodness of the ECD into the organisation.
Team enrolments are an effective way to deepen your own client relationships and to book ongoing and new work. Actions with individuals attract the usual ECD Ambassador rewards for Deck sales and for referring someone to our Online Masterclass.
