POSTPONEMENT:

  1. You, the ticket purchaser and/or ticket bearer agree that 'riders&elephants events' MAY BE POSTPONED in whole to any other date.
  1. Any such postponement will be at the sole discretion of Riders & Elephants Limited. Your ticket will be valid for the postponed date.

CHANGES:

  1. Riders & Elephants Limited reserves the right to change any 'riders&elephants event' from what was advertised without notice.

TICKETS:

  1. You, the 'riders&elephants event' ticket purchaser, acknowledge that Riders & Elephants Ltd does not condone resale of 'riders&elephants event' tickets. 

REFUNDS:

  1. Riders & Elephants Limited will offer a refund or exchange of ticket: if the 'riders&elephants event' is cancelled. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). 
  1. Riders & Elephants Limited will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of the 'riders&elephants event', including any travel & accommodation expenses.

  2. We confidently back all our 'riders&elephants event' and resources with a money-back guarantee. We want you to dive in, explore our games and experience the full potential of our resources without inhibition. If you don’t believe the 'riders&elephants event' was worth the money you paid for your ticket, we will fully refund your ticket. ATTENDANCE:

You, the 'riders&elephants event' ticket purchaser and/or event attendee acknowledge and agree that photos and video may be taken of you or the 'riders&elephants event' attendee at the event could be posted on public forums such as riders&elephants and The Emotional Culture Deck social platforms and at both www.ridersandelephants.com and www.theemotionalculturedeck.com without further authorisation or compensation.
  1. You agree that photos or moving images featuring you may be used for marketing purposes in line with the promotion of Riders & Elephants or The Emotional Culture Deck or 'riders&elephants event' or for material relating to the sponsors of the event.
  1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude Riders & Elephants Limited’s liability under applicable consumer law including the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair-Trading Act 1986.
