POSTPONEMENT:

1. You, the ticket purchaser and/or ticket bearer agree that the ECD Masterclass by riders&elephants MAY BE POSTPONED in whole to any other date.

2. Any such postponement will be at the sole discretion of Riders & Elephants Limited. Your ticket will be valid for the postponed date.

CHANGES:

3. Riders & Elephants Limited reserves the right to change the ECD Masterclass event and what is taught in the ECD Masterclass and amend the asterclass programme without notice.

TICKETS:

4. You, the ECD Masterclass ticket purchaser, acknowledge that Riders & Elephants Ltd does not condone resale of Masterclass tickets. 

REFUNDS:

5. Riders & Elephants Limited will offer a refund or exchange of ticket: if The ECD Masterclass is cancelled. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). 

6. Riders & Elephants Limited will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of The ECD Masterclass, including any travel & accommodation expenses.
   
   
7. We confidently back all our ECD Masterclass and resources with a money-back guarantee. We want you to dive in, explore our games and experience the full potential of our resources without inhibition. If you don’t believe the ECD Masterclass event was worth the money you paid for your ticket, we will fully refund your ECD Masterclass ticket. You can even keep any ECD tools and resources that you received as part of the ECD Masterclass event. There's only ONE condition: to receive a full refund you must share your advice with us via email at [email protected]on how we could improve the ECD Masterclass event to make it worth the money you invested in the ECD Masterclass.

NO REFUNDS IN CERTAIN EVENTS:

7. Riders & Elephants Limited is not liable to you if there is an event beyond their control, including but not limited to riot, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, war or industrial dispute which results in The Emotional Culture Deck Masterclass is cancelled.

8. Riders & Elephants Limited does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.

ATTENDANCE:

9. You, the ECD Masterclass ticket purchaser and/or ECD Masterclass attendee acknowledge and agree that photos and video may be taken of you or the Masterclass attendee at the event could be posted on public forums such as riders&elephants and The Emotional Culture Deck social platforms and at both www.ridersandelephants.com and www.theemotionalculturedeck.com without further authorisation or compensation.

10. You agree that photos or moving images featuring you may be used for marketing purposes in line with the promotion of Riders & Elephants or The Emotional Culture Deck or ECD Masterclass events or for material relating to the sponsors of the event.

11. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude Riders & Elephants Limited’s liability under applicable consumer law including the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair-Trading Act 1986.
