R&E Code of Conduct 

R&E is committed to creating an inspiring, safe and inclusive environment for all members. 

We believe in treating each other with respect and kindness, and we expect all members of the community to follow the values and behaviours outlined in this Code of Conduct. 

• Be respectful: We expect all members of the community to treat each other with respect and kindness. This includes refraining from discriminatory, harassing, or bullying behaviour of any kind.
• Listen actively: We believe that everyone has valuable insights to share. We encourage all members to listen actively to each other and to consider multiple perspectives when engaging in discussions.
• Be open: We believe that openness is essential to creating positive change in the workplace. We encourage all members to be open to ideas that challenge their beliefs and be open to collaboration and to seek out opportunities to work with others.
• Be generous: Generosity and success go hand-in-hand. The more we share our experiences and knowledge, the more we all grow and the more we can collectively change the broken systems and shift the norms we believe are out dated in the places we work.
• Embrace diversity: We believe that diversity makes our community stronger. We encourage all members to embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms, including but not limited to diversity of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and religious beliefs.
• Follow the law of the Country: We expect all members of the community to follow the law and adhere to all applicable regulations and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality: We expect all members to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Any information shared within the community should be kept confidential unless explicitly authorised to share.
• Be responsible: We believe in taking responsibility for our actions. We encourage all members to be responsible for their behaviour and to take steps to address any harm caused to others.

We take this Code of Conduct seriously and will take appropriate action if any member violates this Code. This may include removing the member from the community or revoking their membership.
