Steve is the founder of The Compassionate Leadership Company, which specialises in helping organisations and their leaders inspire, build and sustain a more compassionate workplace where everyone can stay, thrive and achieve.
Denise Hartley Wilkins has quickly become one of the most experienced ECD Certified Consultants in our community. She completed the ECD Masterclass in March 2021, swiftly moved along our ECD Certification Pathway, and almost unlocked her Master Elephant Rider Badge. With a rich background in organisational development, Denise has facilitated over 50 ECD workshops, significantly impacting the emotional cultures of teams across New Zealand. She’s designed innovative ECD tools and resources, including The ECD Exploring Team Change Workshop.
Kayleigh became an Elephant Rider in 2022 and became an ECD Certified Consultant in 2022. She's facilitated 65+ ECD workshops with a wide variety of clients, from Financial Services to Construction firms, Tourism businesses, Family businesses and corporates. Kayleigh was formerly in the Navy and has worked in sales and marketing roles. She now runs Blue Mercury Leadership.
